Offers, services and sales by U.S. Graphics, LLC are made pursuant to the following terms and conditions:

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders may be rejected for any reason. If that happens, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.
We will continue to develop and improve our products, but we do not guarantee updates, support or bug fixes. Products and services are sold as-is.
U.S. Graphics, LLC is not responsible for any liability from the use of our products. In no event shall U.S. Graphics, LLC be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits and loss of data.
By placing an order through us, you agree to abide by the licensing terms of the license applicable to the product type.
We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason due to the nature of the products we sell. If you're truly unhappy, please contact us and we'll see what we can do. Please be nice, courteous and we want to have a pleasant business transaction.
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare analytics to check website traffic.
We do not accept payments via ACH or bank transfer, Bill.com or any other means. We will charge $1000/month for non-standard payment modes for subscriptions (ACH, Wire Transfer, etc.). We recommend and advise you to use Stripe/CreditCard method of payment and we will not accept any new customers with non-standard payment requests.
We reserve the right to cancel your font subscription anytime for any reason.
We reserve the right to disable and block accounts anytime for any reason. We want to be courteous to everyone and we expect the same from our customers.
We respect your privacy deeply and with straightforwardness. We only store data that is necessary and what is required by law. Our interest is not in your PII and we will not sell any information no matter what happens.
